I recall very clearly being a kid and feeling this way for the first time when most of the girls in my class teamed up against me. (Catty pre-teen girl stuff in the late 80s. Ugh.) Even though I was partially culpable, it still felt like everyday at school was a slog.
We’ve all been through really trying situations. Times where we can’t imagine a resolution happening.
But what if we could change ourselves, our reaction, our perception, and the situation changes itself?
This has been a theme for me lately so I decided to test it out in our podcast today.
